History

Sanctum Home Care, Inc. is a healing home rooted in the principles of the Therapeutic Community. Built and established in 2019 and officially opened in 2021, Sanctum provides a nurturing environment where individuals heal by helping others—embodying the spirit of mutual aid and recovery.
 

True to its name, "Sanctum" serves as a sacred and private space where people are supported as they also learn to support others. The heart of this mission lies in one core purpose: to pay it forward.

Sanctum is under the patronage of San Pedro Calungsod—also known as Peter Calungsod or Pedro Calonsor—a symbol of youthful devotion and service, and the chosen Patron Saint of our facility.
 

Our program offers a wide range of therapeutic environments designed to promote healing through active participation. Clients are encouraged to take on roles that allow them to support others while progressing in their own recovery, reinforcing the idea that everyone can be both healer and healed.
 

We utilize five essential tools within our Therapeutic Circle to guide personal transformation:

1. Relational or Behavioral Management

2. Affective or Emotional and Psychological Development

3. Cognitive or Intellectual Growth

4. Spiritual Formation

5. Psychomotor or Vocational-Survival Skills
    

Through these tools, Sanctum Home Care provides a holistic and structured path toward recovery, resilience, and reintegration into life.
